If a restoration comes out wrong, email hello@jibbidy.com within 30 days and we'll refund the pack in full. You keep the files.
Questions
Will it change what my relatives look like?
No. Jibbidy sharpens the detail that's already in the photograph — it doesn't redraw anyone. It won't smooth skin, alter features, or make people look younger or different. If a result doesn't look like the person, email us and we'll refund you.
My photo is torn. Can you fix that?
Not yet. Jibbidy handles fading, blur and softness, not physical damage to the print. If your photograph is torn, creased or has a mark running across someone's face, you'll want a human retoucher — they typically charge £20 to £60 a photo. We'd rather say so than take your money for something we can't do.
What kind of photos work best?
Anything soft, faded, grainy or too small to see properly. Scanned prints, old snapshots, photos of photos taken on a phone. The clearer the original scan, the better the result — but even a phone snap of a print usually works. Try your free one and see.
Is this a subscription?
No, and it never will be. You buy a pack of credits once. They never expire, we don't store your card, and there's nothing to cancel.
Do I need an account?
Not to try it. Your first photograph is free with no sign-up at all. You only give us an email when you buy credits — so that the credits are yours on any device, not tied to one browser.
What happens to my photos?
Uploads are deleted after 30 days. Restorations stay in your account until you delete them, and deleting your account removes everything permanently. We never sell, publish or train on your photographs.
Can I print the result?
Yes. Paid downloads come at up to 3000 pixels on the longest edge, which prints cleanly at A4.
